John said everything looks great; we don't need him! He said if we need him, give him a call. What does that tell you about John and, consequently, Burl's? It says John is an HONEST MAN, somewhat of a rarity these days, AND Burl's is the company to go to when you need help with pests.

We called several places to get quotes and Burl’s was by far the best. A lot of places wanted to pressure us into paying a monthly fee to keep a warranty on the treatment, but there was no pressure from Burl’s. Tony came out and looked at our place and gave us an estimate. He was very friendly and helpful! Eddie came out and treated our house and took his time talking with me and letting me know the process and what to expect. He was here almost 3 hours doing the treatment and very knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend them!!

As a precaution I've had them show up every 3 weeks they are always on time and will give me a call to let me know they are headed my way.
