Let me start by saying a job with this company is a fine place to start to gain experience in cold calling potential customers, answering incoming calls, and some data entry. Even though the pay is not the best it's certainly a place to start. I had no problem doing the job and when I found a new job I did give them a 2 week notice and fulfilled everything that was requested of me. Having said that let me say things change often as far as office policies, too often. You hope to start a job with the promise of having 1 leader and the same set of rules for every employee and that's not happening at this place of business. 3 very different types of management and not that they were bad as a whole just ineffective. When it comes to knowing what you will be doing from day to day That will change very often. One day it's OK to ask questions about your role and the next day you should know and not ask and risk being written up, which didn't happen to me, but to others while I worked there. They are flexible with your time as far if your sick or your child is sick then, or you just need to be off for personal reasons. That changes due to certain employees taking advantage of it and you will not be notified before that change takes place. It is very noticeable that there "favorite's " in the office and it tends to light a flame under the drama that exists already in office full of women. With the drama expect to get pulled into the office of 1 of the 3 in charge and confronted and discussed amongst everyone. Then ensues another change in your role. Expect the role to change often or vary from day to day or week to week. Expect your pay structure to change based sometimes on performance and sometimes due to drama. You can plan to roate your desk to avoid chit chat or drama in the office. They do promote from within the company, but they also demote the same way when the "changes" happen, however often that may be. Very nice equipment, very nice perks as far as holiday's and if your a coffee drinker you will be in heaven! Overall I wouldn't say the job as whole is fantastic maybe low average, but if your looking a long term position and don't mind cold calling in a call center setting then you could use this place even if it was to use as stepping stone. I personally have nothing bad to say about each of the managers as people but in their role of management 3 very different styles creates more drama than necessary. You will not get the same answer from them. I hope my honest well thought review helps someone decide if this is the place for them or do they need to move to another job.
