Unprofessional and very defensive when asked about photos of alleged termite damage. Checked with previous customer who ran into similar issue. Just wanted second opinion before committing to work and technician stormed out of home and was rude to my husband who tried to pay him for his time. Will not use or recommend services to anyone.Update- It's also important to note the technician did not call before he arrived as we were told he would which is a common theme among all reviews for this company. Furthermore, the technician was more eager to perform the free termite inspection in the crawl space before he started the wasp extermination that we had agreed to. After the inspection, he was more concerned with detailing the high costs of remediating alleged problems in the crawl space than starting the extermination that we originally scheduled. The rudeness was fully on the part of the technician as I simply asked him not to show me any photos and he continued to come toward me which was not welcomed. He abruptly left after slamming our door and refused to do any wasp treatment. Imagine that - a company that is not satisfied with a customer agreeing to pay a smaller fee for one service that they feel they need to frighten customers into paying for higher cost services! There are several more trusted exterminators in the area that are happy to help us. I'm sure Burl would be disappointed these days. The technician was never called a liar however, We still haven't received the crawl space photos that we requested which concerns us about their validity. One thing is true there are 2 sides to every story- 1 true account of what actually happened and another account of what someone wants the public to believe to cover up a genuine review. It's always a good practice to obtain at least 2 quotes for a service but obviously this company doesn't appreciate that practice and does not agree with treating potential customers with respect. We understand your need to defend your company but our review is accurate and will stand. We wish you the best with future customers.
